i had my 6 weeks check up and got the all clear to have sex and etc. put i forgot to ask about wearing tampon some of my friends who also had babies said they wasn't allowed to wear them 8 weeks pp i wrote my doctor to ask but she wont get back to me until 48 hours since it's not urgent message and i would like to know now since that's about the only thing i got handy right now until my so gets home from work to bring me pads

is it okay to wear tampons at 8 weeks pp being cleared @ 6 week check up ?
