I hope this is the right group for this. But please help I'm so ashamed
I need tips/help with strengthening the pelvic floor.
After I gave birth to my first born my floor was and still is weak I can't even sneeze because I will pee myself. I'm currently pregnant and I think it just got worst every time i threw up or had reflexes I ended up peeing myself.. I don't want to be like this and i don't even know how to do kegels.
Please help I'm in my early 20s and ik if I don't do something now it's just going to get worse.
