Cramps and shedding?

I ovulated beginning of last week and had unprotected sex using the pull out method for prevention, the last two days I've been crampy in my uterus and today in my pee I noticed what looked like uterine lining ? My period is still 10 days away so I dont think this is PMS. could it be implantation ?

implantation doesn't happen that soon! try not to stress and if your period ends up being late just take a test

Pull out method is not a prevention, you can still get pregnant. Wait to see if you miss your period, it could be but we don’t know.
