Is it okay to feel guilty after being raped? And if so how do i get over it? I dont wanna feel like this anymore and i just want help. So please tell me anything.

Its OKAY to feel however you’re feeling WHENEVER you’re feeling them. It will take a while but day by day i promise it gets better. It may take a year or 20. You’ll find more reasons to be happy than this one horrific reason not to be. Some days are worse than others, but trust me there are going to be lots of better, GOOD, days. 
I personally felt better living my life, surrounding myself by friends who loved me, and unexplainably better when i opened up about what has happened to me. Its a really rough time period to be in... grieve for yourself let yourself feel what you’re feeling. And when you’re all done you’ll come out stronger. Find new hobbies, take a hike, get a wonderful little fuzz ball who will love you unconditionally, take yourself on a dinner date or spa day. Love yourself and feel better. ❤️❤️ love, prayers, and happiness to you ❤️
