Nursery Decor: Asking for Advice (and FINALLY getting excited!!)

I only have 5 days left before I graduate to my second trimester. Out of sheer fear of getting my hopes up, I have not allowed myself to think about “when baby comes,” names, nursery stuff, etc because I was so heartbroken after the miscarriage we experienced 2 years ago. I had not even allowed myself to step foot into our designated nursery room... until this week. I met with some local moms via Facebook Marketplace and purchased some (discontinued) gender-neutral nursery items, and upon delivering them to the nursery, I started “nesting.”

What do you guys think? Is this color scheme neutral enough to make it work for a little girl?

And what about that glider? It was only $10, but it has NO cushion... That’s gonna be a problem, right? Should I paint it? Do I need an ottoman?
