Back... again

Hi ladies. Just turned 37 in June. Had a miscarriage last May. Thought I was pregnant in Sept, just a late cycle. Stopped trying for a while. Started having irregular periods, had a d&c in June.. showed I had not been ovulating. My Dr. said the procedure will hopefully be like a"reset". Due for my period in 3 days. Been having twinges my left side, could not sleep last night and had the most ridiculous cramps.. nothing like AF cramps, gassy, bloated and loss of appetite. Anyone ever get pregnant right after a d&c? Anyone with similar symptoms before bfp???
