Losing weight during pregnancy??

Hello all, I'm 26 weeks pregnant.

Well, let me rewind...

With my first I gained 30lbs and really struggled to lose the weight until I got pregnant again 5 months pp. I only gained 15lbs and lost it all immediately and was even smaller than I was before!! (Which felt good) this pregnancy I've already gained 7lbs!!! So I'm starting to drink more water and eat a lot more healthier! I only eat 2 real meals a day, and constantly eating fruit the whole day when I'm not eating and drink 1 body armor a day (in the morning, with my breakfast which is usually a banana and an apple or pear)

I had enchiladas yesterday for dinner with some rice and earlier for lunch I had French bread (I know, smh) but tonight I'm eating chicken and potatoes for dinner. I'm super high risk so I'm not able to work out. And yes, I'm very good at taking my prenatals everyday. I really just don't wanna gain as much weight as I did with my first again!!!

Any advise? Has anyone else attempted to maintain a body or get healthier during pregnancy??
