Hi, so I want to start using tampons (I’m 15) but I have also heard really bad stories from friends that use tampons. I only want to change as I have a horse and I am very active, obviously I know it’s not recommend to actually ride my horse with a tampon in. Is it worth me changing or should I just stick to pads?

If you don’t want to use a tampon these are the best pads I’ve used. I don’t use maxi pads bcuz it feels like a diaper and these are so thin it feels like you’re wearing nothing. They are very absorbent and the wings protect from any run off . I feel like a commercial right now but try these they’re the best.

it’s really whatever makes you more comfortable but personally I’d go with pads. Terrible situations usually happen when you’ve forgotten about the tampon being there
