Labor at 36 weeks

Contractions started yesterday and today they were so bad I had to go in... when I got here I was 6cm so I was admitted. I haven’t been checked since then so idk where I’m at but I’m 36weeks exactly and I’m so afraid of having to leave my baby in the nicu ): where I’m from our covid rules aren’t extremely strict and I don’t know if I’d be able to handle being away from my baby right away like that. I just wanna hear some of your stories of having a 36 week labor and delivery, or just some positive comments to keep my spirits up 💗💗
