Two late term miscarriages over 5 years still no live baby!

I️ have been married for 15 years and together for 18 years. After years 3 into our marriage, we started TTC. Well, we went another 5 years until we finally just went to see a specialist. My eggs were fine. His sperm was fine. My ovulation cycle wasn’t fine. So they gave me provera to start my cycle and the. Chlomid for ovulation. After only ONE cycle I️ conceived for the FIRST TIME IN 36 years!! I️ made it all the way to week 23 and my cervix dilated and I️ lost the baby (found out I️ had incompetent cervix). But that pregnancy taught me a lot. That I️ CAN GET PREGNANT. And that I️ will need a cerclage for the next one. We waited patiently another 5 years and saw we were not going to conceive on our own. So I️ found some old unused Chlomid, took it and got pregnant AGAIN! This time I️ made it to 23.6 weeks and lost the baby to chorioamonitis (infection of the placenta). By now, I’m 40. No baby. Devastated. Now I’m 41.5 and wanted to try ONE MORE Time! I️ have done some much research on my condition that I️ can write a paper on it. I️ know now that I️ not only have to get a cerclage, but start an antibiotic regimen at week 21 and continue until birth.

Has ANYONE ever experienced late term miscarriages, cerclage, Chlomid, or chorioamonitis?

I️ just completed another round of Chlomid on July 24,2020 and expect to ovulate around Aug 4 or so. This is my 2nd round this time. If it doesn’t take, I’m going to do IUI or IVF THIS YEAR! I’m not getting no younger!
