Need a little help as I am very confused!..

At the beginning of the year I stoped having my depo injection for contraception and decided not to take any form of contraception any more.

Since then I’ve had two very normal periods, my second one lasted 2 days longer than normal.

I am now 12 days late for my period, I’ve spotted here and there light pink or a brownish colour. But I have spotted a few unusual things changing with my body...

for example my nipples have changed colour and have lumps on them, there’s also veins around them.

I feel nauseous most days and I am always tired.

But then other days I feel completely normal.

There’s a chance that I may be pregnant, I have taken 3 test and they have all been negative.

My last period started the 20th june.

Please, any advice?
