hey ladies, first time poster here. I’m quite embarrassed so I’m anon. This past weekend i hooked up with a guy and he ended up taking the condom off in the middle of sex (without my permission, I didn’t know until the following day). anyway, i went and got tested on monday, no std’s but i do have a yeast infection. it’s my first one ever, and it’s killing me. it itches sooo bad, that’s the only symptom. but it’s so irritating. my ob prescribed me fluconazole on Monday. I was to take the first tablet then and if it didn’t help take the second tablet on the third day (which is today). But I still feel no relief, is this normal? what are your experiences & how long did it take for everything to go back to normal. I’m so miserable y’all 😫
