Who has tried KT taping your belly?

I’m curious who has tried using KT (kinesiology) ￼tape for your pregnant belly? If you have tried it I would love to hear about your experience!

I don’t have a recent pic wearing it but yes! 
And it caused me no skin issues. Never once did I rip it off. I always leave it on 4-5 days at a time and allow it to start peeling off on its own, then remove it in the bath or shower with soap and it’s never done anything negative to me. I’ve worn it nearly every day since about 25 weeks

Ok I tried it and it helped... But then I wanted it off 😅 not because it wasn't helping, I just didn't like the feeling of it.

I used it for my belly earlier on (pregnant with twins). It helped a little, but as other have said.. it destroyed my skin. I had no idea. I have a couple scars now on my belly from using 😞

It helped, but like Lauren commented, it destroyed my skin. I think I had an adhesive reaction or something. It was much better than wearing a thick, hot belly band, but I would tread with caution if you’re going to try it!

Yes it helped but they recommend pregnant ladies not do it. I have huge scars from it 😭 it aucks bc it DID feel better. Just destroyed my skin. Your skin changes while pregnant
