So mad... Glow Premium
Just got an email saying I’ve been charged for another year of premium.
I’m seething. I had ZERO intentions of renewing. In fact, I was literally going through my apps and about to remove it when I got the email of the receipt.
I’ve read every article and done everything that the auto email from support did, and I still can’t figure out how to cancel my account.
There’s no option in the app. It’s not listed as a subscription within my Apple ID. How am I supposed to cancel? I feel like it shouldn’t be this hard.
I’m at a loss and would love the $50 back that I don’t have to spend right now.
Ugh.
