Today I am 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I have been spotting the past few days but it has been a brownish color. Today it turned red red and a lot. I went to get blood work done today but they didn’t tell me anything. Does this look like a miscarriage?

It does look like my miscarriage did, but I also came here to say that I know a girl who bled like this on and off for her whole pregnancy and she has a healthy 10 month old now. Try to not worry too much until you hear back from your doc.

I don’t want to worry you but this looked like mine when i miscarried. I did end up pregnant again 3 months later with my rainbow baby, he was born on the same day I miscarried 💙. Hopefully your little baby is fine though!!!

Just wanted to come and give u a lil positive comment... With my first baby I bled deep red like this.. not really many clots maybe one? But it turned out to be a subchorionic hemorrhage which my doctor said was ok and looked at and I have a healthy one year old almost two now ❣️ do a lil Google on that maybe ask your doctor about it?? Prayers 💕

Unfortunately it does look like a miscarriage. I’m so so sorry. My miscarriage started like that before I delivered baby a few days later.
