Missed miscarriage

I am currently 12 weeks 2 days pregnant and just found out the other day that baby only made it to somewhere between 8+4 and 9+1. I have had no bleeding or abdominal pain my entire pregnancy so it was a total shock. I’ve just been home alone waiting to miscarry naturally and I have no idea how much longer that might take. If any of you have been through a similar situation would you mind sharing with me if you were able to tell when everything was ready to start coming out? How long did you have to wait for it to start? How long did it take to finish it? My husband is deployed and I have no family here and I’m just really scared to be doing all of this alone and I feel like maybe hearing similar stories might make me better prepared for what’s about to happen and make it a little easier
