Does anyone else start getting cramps and think labor is coming soon but then they go away completely and it's back to square one? 😭

I an 39+3 today, FTM due August 3rd and I swear everytime I feel something like cramps or stronger Braxton hicks I get super happy and then it stops completely :( I have an appointment this friday and hope to finally be dilated and get a membrane sweep!!!

Or I start timing them and get excited then just end up getting diarrhea instead 😂😂😂

Ugh yesssss 😩 it’s frustrating!! I get so excited and start timing them and they always just go away. I’m 39 weeks tomorrow and so far no dilation or progress. I have an appointment again tomorrow so hoping all of these false alarms at least have gotten me dilated a bit.

I get bad belly cramps and it always turns out to be gas or I just have to poop lol

I had 5 hours of regular contractions on Tuesday but I fell asleep and they disappeared and I haven't had any since so I'm kinda pissed, I am being induced Monday so I guess I can be patient until then. 🤣

I’m almost the same as you! I’m 38w4d ...  and Monday my doc checked if I was dilated and was completely closed so tomorrow (Thursday) I get checked again.. she wants to do a sweep but can’t if I’m not dilated. So I’ll find out at my apt in the morning .. if not or maybe just anyways but she said she would schedule me for induction on Saturday or Monday depending on her schedule .. Saturday I’m 39 weeks . FTM .. hoping little man comes on his own before Saturday.

Ya i had them all night last night 10 mins apart lasting a min my app told me to get ready for the hospital so I decided to try to get some sleep thinking I’d wake up to worse contractions but they were gone 🙃🙃
