One month down!

although i dont have alot to lose, i’m slowly losing those kilo’s i added on during lockdown 1.0 haha. told myself the second corona lockdown i’d lose instead of gain. More of. lifestyle change for me though i’m just exercising more (4-5x 30mins walks per week) and eating better. this is my one month mark progress since starting! got about 2-3 kilos more left to lose but slowly and steady
