Severe Cramps and Back pain
Ok so I'm on CD 13 and rn I'm having very strong cramps and bad back pain. I barely get cramps even when I'm on my period. What is this? I'm not dehydrated I ate a few hours ago. Like it feels like pressure on my back and butt almost feels like Braxton Hicks. Last period was July 17 only 3days. I take vitex, Myo-D Inositol and Chiro Inositol, Probiotics, Gertiol, and Maca root(2nd day).
