Need advice

I haven’t been sexually active since my last period but my partner and I played around with each other on Sunday, he didn’t finish or anything like that so there couldn’t have been anything on his fingers.

I’ve started to cramp and I’m feeling nauseous but I don’t know why .

I’ve also had a pregnancy scare in the past for no reason even though we used protection so I guess I’m still just mentally exhausted from that phase a few months ago and I know it seems silly that I’m having scares over foreplay but I can’t help it.
