If they manipulated you for years without you realising, then conspired against you behind your back and threw you under the bus to benefit themselves and their ambitions?

If, when they got caught out and exposed, they turned the whole thing on you, to make it seem like it was only done out of love and concern? What if they were family, and your other family members wanted you to just move on and forgive them for the sake of “family values”?
