Mentally exhausted after 16 months TTC. Tarot said this was my month. Is there a line?

The reason I ask is because I got my tarot cards read end of last year and apparently this month was my month following receiving the wheel of fortune card.

Me and my husband will not be actively trying anymore. We just don't have it in us.

Unfortunately we are going to have to fork out a lot of money for private health care as the NHS (UK based) services do not seem to be opening anytime soon where I live thanks to the virus.
