Yesterday I had my 37w appt. Doc checked my cervix and I was a “good 2 cm dilated” and 70% effaced. This morning when I woke up my underwear had a brown stain with a small clump/clot and when I wiped it was also brownish. Should I assume this is just old blood from yesterday’s cervical check or could it be my bloody show? Does it matter? Does either mean anything? I didn’t bleed from a cervix check with my first. Nor did I ever have a bloody show or notice losing my plug so this is all new to me.
