FSH level

I went to get my lab work done to see my FSH level in the 3 day of period. I’m 44 and still trying... the number says 27... I googled and if it’s consistently over 30 it’s getting to menapose 😔 I still have chance to get pregnant ? Is there any way I can lower the number ?
