What to give baby for stomach upset

Mommas I am here again for advice. So my daughter who is 17 days old is going through a lot of pain. We took her to her paediatrician yesterday and he said that most of the popular drops my mum recommended do not work and some babies react to them. That we should not give her anything. But I can't stand by and watch her go through this much pain. Please what worked for your babies?

Bicycle kicks throughout the day and I use baby ovol, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't but I feel like I'm at least four g something to help.
And I hold her across my arm or upright with her legs bent and it usually helps her pass some gas.

We started giving a probiotic at night after bath time with a small bottle (sometimes formula sometimes breast milk). That seems to have helped our little guy! Mylicon is what we use
