You might’ve remembered me from a previous post about me crying about a family members death and my bf not even looking up from his phone to console me. It’s gotten worse. I asked him to look at his screen time log and it was like 15 hours a day I was like 🤯. My average was 5hrs a day and it’s mainly because I stream from my phone.

He’s allowed to be on his phone at work so I don’t care if he’s on it then but if he wakes up at night he’ll get on it, if he wakes up early for work he’s on it he comes home and is on it until his night routine and then he’ll say good night and roll over and be on his phone for an hour, literally. He gives himself an hour and then at 10 on the dot he gets off his phone and goes to sleep..

I wanted ‘our’ time and suggested we watch TWENTY minute show every night before bed but he always complains that he’s tired and then gets back on his phone until he falls asleep.

Yesterday I had to snap my fingers at him 3x because our 2 y/o was trying to get his attention but she was met with 🤳🏽. I brought it up last night and he didn’t even look up from his phone and gave me short answers. I started crying and he just took his glasses off and went to bed. My dog came and nudged me until I pet him 🥰 so I felt a little love lol
