I’m starting birth control

Hi I’m starting birth control and I want to know has it caused anyone to gain weight?? I’m very skinny and lack a proper appetite due to my anxiety so I was wondering has anyone gained weight or had any hormonal and physical changes from BC?? I’m not taking birth control specifically for this reason but this could fix one of my current problems.
