I am 39 weeks pregnant and just had a cervical exam this morning to check if my cervix has ripened or not. Midwife told me that I might have some spotting and cramping which I did have. It was brownish red blood but not too much to fill a pantyliner. This afternoon, a big brown mucus came out of me and it was all over my underwear(picture at the bottom) and when I do pee I see some brown mucuos down the toilet. Do you think this is bloody show or just the effect of the cervical exam and doesnt mean labor is happening soon?
