Hello ladies, i have a daughter who will turn 2 on November. She takes one nap during the day around 2-3pm and she wont sleep at night until 2am and wakes up around 8am or 10am. I also have a baby that will be 3 weeks. He usually sleeps well through the night just wakes up to feed. We go to bed around 9-10 pm. Idk how to get my daughter to sleep ive tried giving her a bottle, bathing her, cuddling her,etc... Shes super energetic and wants to play all day she just won't stop...and i just need some sleep. Any advice please.
