From what I have read it depends on the fertility of your man. If he isn’t so fertile every other day so he can build up sperm but if he’s good to go as often as you want is best.

Most doctors recommend every other day but scientific studies dont show any changes in chances of conception between every day or every other day. So if you like to have more sex go for every day. Only note is that if your partner has low mobility or count then doing every other day is recommended so they can build up more reserves.

Sex everyday only increases your chance by 3%. I personally don’t think 3% is worth wearing out the sperm or myself . 
However, if you are everyday sex people- you do you. Just want the others to know that nobody is requiring you to go everyday. My doctor and a reproductive endocrinologist that j trust both say every other day is just fine
