Coke Zero in pregnancy okay?

Question

So I typically drink a Coke Zero once a day or once every other day. And I buy the 12oz little bottles and I’ve stopped drinking them once I found out I was pregnant. I’m finding conflicting answers on if I can I have it. Can someone help me answer this? I’ll probably end up calling my doctor tomorrow for a definite answer but wanted to know answers from others on here also.

You can have soda. I had way more then recommended just cause I wanted lol.. I ate whatever. 
But once a day or every other day would is not a big deal 👍🏻

Once and a while they’re fine!
Not a lot of caffeine, so that’s good!
But the artificial sugar is what’s not great for you.
Baby will be fine, just try not to have them too often or switch to regular coke!

My doctor said to stay away from aspartame (the sweetener in diet sodas). The occasional regular coke would be fine though

I would switch to regular coke while you’re pregnant. The artificial sugar isn’t good when pregnant so you’re better off having regular for now!

Aspartame isn’t very good for you. I would avoid it but every once in a while is fine
