My gums bled throughout both of my pregnancies! And I did have a metallic taste in my mouth at the beginning. Not sure if it was related to the gums, but both were two of my first signs! Good luck!

I also had a bad taste in my mouth the first few weeks of pregnancy.
But I assume there is other explanations for those symptoms.
