Pink spotting

So I've been bleeding off & on & I'm 4 months post partum. I went to go get labs today but they are only testing me for std because of the on & off bleeding. I have ovarian pain off & on & tonight I've noticed that I'm super dry down there. I had some bleeding that I thought might have been a period on july 12-15th but it was only enough to be on the toilet paper when I wiped, never got heavier than that.

I haven't had an actual post partum period yet. Then I bled after sex twice about a week & a half after that. 2 different days.

Fast forward until now, I'm super dry down there & just kind of freaking myself out. Also there is an excessive amount of discharge I feel like in my urine but its so so so dry down there so I don't understand.

Please help, I never get responses on these post but I need help because I have such bad illness anxiety & will drive myself crazy until my results come back.

Also, the test I took which was multiple were negative.

This isn't from today, but its what the blood today looks like. This picture was the first time I spotted after the thing I had on the 12-15th & i thought it might have been ovulation bleeding but it wasn't. Its happened 3 times so far & doesn't last more than a few wipes.

Has anyone else experienced this?
