Bumps?

I have some bumps on my vulva. Not gonna lie it kinda looks like herpes but I've only had one partner in the last year and he's never had it. What could it be? 
PS I have an OBGYN appointment next week so I'm still gonna get it checked out. I just want to know what to expect

Update: its just some cysts

Herpes can lay dormant for years, herpes is not included in standard std testing .
80% of the population are silent carriers.

Update: I found out my boyfriend got into some poison oak a couple days ago. Maybe that has something to do with it??

Could be a type of cyst! But still, good thing to get checked out. Good luck
