how are moms with GD doing?

i have been diagnosed with GD two months ago, and started the diet immediately. i havent gain any weight ever since then. yesterday i had my doctors appointment and baby boy is measuring quite bigger then expected. i didnt gain any weight and he did a lot, but my sugar levels are really good. plus doctor said that level of my amniotic fluid is on bigger side. and she wants me in hospital next week to do some more testing, plus i need to test for covid just cause im going in hospital.

this all got me so down, i cant stop crying ever since. i dont know if im doing something wrong. how this all will affect my baby?
