Chloe Ting workouts?

I’ve seen the Chloe Ting workouts n was wondering if anyone has tried them??

I was seeing her everywhere also. I checked out her plans. I was thinking I want to do one but I felt they were going to be too advanced for me. Well today I started one and Omgosh I was dying. I was sweating so much and so red after the 2 videos I did. Anyways all that to say I enjoyed it and I’m going to continue!

I do the 2 week shred on her website and absolutely love it! I get exhausted, bright red, sweaty all from her 10min workouts 😂 I’ve been doing her workouts alongside 18:6 IF (I only have one small meal a day though) and I’ve gone from 69kg to 65kg in a couple weeks, aiming to get back down to 57

I did it for a week,  but was in the plank position too much and it hurt my wrists.  I switched to Pamela Reif (day 5). She has better music,  more variety,  and I'm feeling more results.

Tried it.. At some point I wasn't ever sure if I'm sweating or i'm crying. Great work out though 😅
