Antihistamine that won't kill my supply??

Question

I think I may have hives.  Don't know from where  but they itch like crazy!  I am EBF my 3 month old.  What can I take that won't cause my supply to plummet and is safe for my LO?

I would try a topical solution.  Here are some options in no particular order - hopefully you have at least one at home already. 
* hydrocortisone cream
* baking soda/water mixture
* lidocaine spray
* Benadryl spray
* mint toothpaste
