When to keep testing for OPK?

Got my first high result today. I don’t want to miss my surge. Do I test around lunch, then dinner, then evening? First month using OPK

Test again around 3pm it should be darker and test the next two days twice a day- premom will give you only high readings until you test negative and then it will change your darkest positive OPK to peak afterward

Yes, although to me that looks like a peak! But keep testing over the course of the day to be sure not to miss it, but do not use diluted urine. And lots of baby dancing!

Thank you all :) we will keep BD. We did the every day for the last three days just in case. I’m glad I did an OPK. I think I ovulate much later than any app was predicting.
