IVF tips & tricks

Do you have any tips or tricks on what to do for a successful IVF transfer? We literally only have 1 chance (8 eggs fertilized, 5 made it to day 5, 3 were genetically abnormal, 1 was inconclusive & didn’t survive thawing for a second sample to be taken, which leaves just 1 normal embryo). What did you do prior to and after your transfer so that it was successful?

I’m not overweight, don’t drink or smoke, try to eat healthy, get about 7 hrs sleep/night, low stress, get at least 10,000 steps every day & take my vitamins.
