16 days late are they any success stories like this?

So my partner and I have been trying to conceive baby #1 for 3 years. When I got my contraceptive implant (Nexplanon) my periods started up 4 days later and have been regularly every 27/28 days give or take 1 or 2 days if Iv been stressed. This is the longest ever and its driving me crazy 😭 Iv read loads of posts and understand that it can be normal to be late or even sometimes miss one completely. I have took 3 tests all negative 💔 and AF still doesn't look like she due to show her ugly face. I'm starting to give up hope and was wondering if there are any success stories? Baby dust to all 🎆🎆
