Has anyone had their first baby via csection and are having trouble conceiving?

So I was lucky enough to fall pregnant on the first go with my baby however I am having trouble conceiving after 4 months of trying. I know that you may not always fall pregnant immediately but does having a c section cause infertility?

I am still breastfeeding around the clock so can this also prevent me from becoming pregnant? 😭

Just to add, my cycle came back at 5 months PP and its regular.
