Softdisc/ divacup

Hello 💞

I was wondering if anyone has tried softdisc or the divacup. I purchased the softdisc and i read on a few post that if you insert it after BD and leave it for a few hours ( up to 12) , it should be empty once removed. That wasnt the case for me but i assume that clearly something should be in there as i didnt expect to find it completely empty and some sperm does get left behind.

Any thoughts on this?
