They’ll cover the delivery under your hospital stay for newborn nursery even if you’re not adding baby to your insurance plan. They will not cover if baby goes in the NICU and you don’t add to your plan. If you’re adding, you typically have 30 days from birth to contact your Human Resources dept to get baby added.
