Can someone explain my chart please
I’ve posted a few times regarding my chart. It’s my first cycle charting and idk what’s going on. The first big dip made sense because of estrogen but it dipped like crazy again today and I am spotting. My luteal phase is usually if not always 13 days so I don’t have a clue. Help please
