My son is 2 and is non verbal. He is NOT autistic. He use to babbling until the daycare he use to attend dropped him (he was 1 at the time& he had bruises so I know something. Happen & he recently turn 2 in July) now he doesn’t talk at all. He would pull my hand if he needs something and only would communicate if he watches his favorite movie(singing) and see pictures of things such as ball ears head he would say them

What can i do?

I put him in speech therapy and also thinking of putting him back in day care( a different one)

And how can I help at home. I’m a little worried so I want to help him too and not just depend on the speech therapist
