2-3 weeks!!!

Hi ladies I thought I had AF and tests just before were negative! I got really bad acid reflux so despite wat I thought was AF but quite light I tested and to my surprise.... Pregnant! Was the slight bleeding implementation? Or should I be concerned, it was for about 4 days but so light then stopped then got my positive!
