I got all the OPK stuff ready to try, but my period ends soon and I was wondering if anyone had any luck just trying to BD every other day until after ovulation? Will that improve my chances? A doctor friend of mine said that they see a lot of people conceive that way without using OPKs. And sperm lives in the body a long time and any unprotected sex can result in a baby after period.

I just wanted to hear anyone else's strategies.
