PLEASE HELP OUT AND ANSWER MY QUESITON !!

I have been taking combined birth control pills for the past 18 days. I had sex recently, for the first time, unprotected. What are my chances of being pregnant if I have taken my pills “perfectly” so far, and how can I tell that I am not pregnant when I reach my placebo week in 4 days?
