Better to ________ before baby.
We can only do one. We have 70k saved and houses in our area go for $800,000. We can’t buy our dream house yet but we can rent in a good neighborhood and keep saving for our dream house while ttc. Wondering if it’s better to buy a worse off house or keep renting for cheap and buy a new car (we will want something newer and safer if we end up pregnant soon!)
