I cut my vagina 😣😣😩😭

I was shaving and now I have a really bad cut. It hurts and itches a lot. It was near the clitoris. I have an appointment with my gynecologist next week. Do anybody know what medication can I use meanwhile? Any creams or anything. Thank you in advance 😭😭😭
